| Sony introduces the HT-A3000 soundbar. |
LYLY - Sony launched the HT-A3000 soundbar in Indonesia to enhance the experience of watching movies and listening to music with 360 Spatial Sound.
Quoted from the press release, Friday, the HT-A3000 has 3.1 channels, three front speakers including a dedicated center speaker for dialogue and built-in dual subwoofers for powerful bass.
Combined with the Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force PRO Front Surround, the A3000 is claimed to be able to produce virtual surround sound that can be heard from various directions, ensuring users enjoy Dolby Atmos and DTS:X quality.
The A3000 gives its users access to Sony's 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology when connected to the Sony SA-RS3S rear speakers. With 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology, users can feel sound from every corner of the room.
The addition of a wireless subwoofer that can clarify low frequencies allows the system to reproduce sound with greater output and power than before.
There are models designed to deliver more powerful bass, greater vocal clarity and extra fidelity in all types of audio content.
The HT-A3000 package features a SA-SW3 subwoofer with 200W of sound and a compact bass reflex with 160mm drivers. Users can also purchase separately the SA-RS3S wireless rear speakers with a total of 100W for better sound quality.
The A3000 also allows users to enhance their home cinema experience by combining it with a compatible BRAVIA XR TV.
Using the Acoustic Center Sync feature, the soundbar and BRAVIA XR TV become the center speaker in a home cinema system.
In addition, Acoustic Center Sync works together with the 360 Spatial Sound Mapping settings to deliver clearer dialogue and a more immersive viewing experience.
On the A3000, users can easily access popular music services like Spotify, as well as stream entire albums and favorite playlists using Chromecast, Spotify Connect, or Apple AirPlay 2.
Users can also stream wirelessly from smartphones using Bluetooth technology or use built-in Wi-Fi to stream music from personal devices.
The A3000 is equipped with DSEE Extreme which uses Edge-AI to enable real-time restoration of all compressed digital music files.
This ensures users can restore high-range sound lost in compression for a more optimal listening experience.
The A3000 and optional speakers are designed around the general Omnidirectional Block concept. The rounded edges of the speaker are made from a single solid block which distributes sound widely.
Meanwhile, the material's rich texture combination makes it suitable for any type of living room environment.
The HT-A3000 will be available in Indonesia starting January 2023 at a price of IDR 13,499,000 complete with the SA-SW3 subwoofer in 1 sales package.
The SA-RS3S wireless rear speakers will also be available in Indonesia for IDR 4,499,000.
